5 Easy Steps on How to Make this Newsletter with Online Content, Opportunities and Resources Beneficial and Worthwhile for You and Your Friends or Contacts,

1. Spend a minute opening your e-mails inbox and look for a Newsletter from Phemelo Kebinelang titled, "Be Intentional and Purposeful Today" on your technological gadgets (cellphones, tablets/Ipads, laptops, etc) every Tuesday and Thursday at 10h00 am. Only twice a week.

2. Spend 3 minutes reading the main article or content of the Newsletter to learn one or two new things.

3. Proceed to the bottom of the Newsletter after reading the main content, and spend another 10 minutes open-clicking and going through the attached links.

4. Spend your free time applying, reading, studying, attending Webinars & subscribing to the recommended Newsletters.

5. Spend a minute sharing the Newsletter with your WhatsApp & Telegram groups, friends, networks, neighbours, colleagues, aunty and Gogo (my mom is the oldest in our WhatsApp family group but shares more opportunities than anyone else). We spend on average 415 minutes (7 hours) every day consuming mostly unworthy information online.
